I worked with Protec Recovery to bring everything into one app—connecting devices, guiding daily routines, and tracking progress. I designed a simple and clear interface to help users recover smarter with less effort.

The app allows users to build recovery routines tailored to their needs, using recommended exercises or custom selections.

Sleep, recovery, and strain insights help users monitor their wellness. The ProSmart score gives feedback on whether their activity and rest are in balance or need adjusting.
